姚雪，女，1993年出生，博士，中共党员。2025年加入河南牧业经济学院工作，隶属食品与生物工程学院生物化学教研室。参与国家自然科学基金1项，以第一作者在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》，《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》等一区Top期刊发表SCI研究论文3篇，3篇中文期刊。参与发表论文8篇，其中4篇SCI，4篇中文期刊。
